The Gate House

After John Sutter's aristocratic wife killed her Mafia don lover, John leaves America and sets out on a three-year voyage around the world, eventually returning to Long Island to reside in the gatehouse of Stanhope Hall; there he encounters new and old enemies as the past catches up with him.
