At Book Treasures, we are committed to getting your beloved used books to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and expectations regarding the delivery of your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days] after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Egypt.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer various shipping options, and estimated delivery times will vary based on your selected method and destination.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Egypt):

    • Estimated delivery time: [e.g., 3-7 business days]

    • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International Shipping (outside Egypt):

    • At this time, Book Treasures primarily ships within Egypt. If you are an international customer interested in our books, please contact us at Book.treasures3@gmail.com or +201105071636 on Whatsapp to inquire about potential international shipping options and costs.

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs office.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].

  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Book Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

5. Damages in Transit

  • Book Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt, as this will assist in the claims process.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members, or your building's management/mailroom.

  • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. Book Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
