1. Order Processing Time

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs office.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Book Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
5. Damages in Transit

Book Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt, as this will assist in the claims process.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members, or your building's management/mailroom.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. Book Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
